Enjoy $5 flat rate shipping on all Petunia Pickle Bottom Outlet Sale orders shipping to addresses within the contiguous United States. $5 flat rate shipping will automatically be applied to your cart at checkout. Offer only valid for one shipping address per order. Outlet Sale orders will ship via USPS, and cannot be expedited. Regular shipping fees will be applied to those being delivered to addresses in Hawaii or Alaska.
Due to the high volume of orders received during outlet sales, please note that it may take up to 5-7 business days for us to process and ship the items. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your package has shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California. Every effort will be made to send orders to their recipients as soon as possible.
PLEASE NOTE: We will not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside our reasonable control such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes.
Petunia Pickle Bottom does not ship internationally at this time, and our website is not able to accept international shipping or billing information. If you have an American address to ship to, please give us a call at 877.773.8864. We will happily take your order over the phone, and process it through an alternate system that accepts international billing. Our customer service team is available to take your call Monday - Friday 9AM to 5PM Pacific Standard Time.
If you are accidentally shipped the wrong item, we will gladly work with you to exchange for the correct item. Please email us at [email protected] and put “Wrong Product” in the subject of your email along with your order number, the name of the item you received and the name of the item you originally ordered.

Terms and Conditions
All Petunia Pickle Bottom Outlet Sale transactions are final, and product sold “as-is.” No returns, refunds, merchandise credits, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted after purchase.
Products purchased through this site are intended for end customer use. Any product obtained for the intent to resell at retail outlets will be flagged, examined and not shipped. Petunia Pickle Bottom has the right to refuse any order or stop shipment of any product prior to charging the customer.
Outlet sale items are limited in quantity, and orders will be filled based on the time received. In the event an item is oversold, we will notify you as soon as possible. The oversold item will be removed from your order, and you will be offered a similar replacement product or refunded for that portion of your order.
