Petunia Pickle Bottom Outlet Return Policy and Terms and Conditions
All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted after purchase.

Products purchased through this site are intended for end customers. Any product purchased for the intent to resell at retail outlets will be flagged, researched and not shipped. Petunia Pickle Bottom has the right to refuse any order or stop ship any product prior to charging the customer.

Items are extremely limited in quantity, and orders will be filled based on the order received. In the event an item is oversold, we will notify you as soon as possible. That item will be removed from your order and you will be refunded for that portion of your order.

Why don’t we accept returns? The product sold on this website is either from our Discontinued / Classic line or are classified as Seconds.

All sales of products on our Outlet site are final and are sold “as-is”. There are not warranties expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties or merchantability or fitness of a particular purpose. This means no refunds, merchandise credit or exchanges are accepted.

Acceptance of Terms: Buyers purchasing products from Petunia Pickle Bottom Outlet agree to the above terms of sale and return policy.

The act of purchasing merchandise from this website signifies you have read all terms and conditions of this sale and that you agree to the terms and condition of this policy. There are no exceptions to this policy.
What if Petunia ships you the wrong product?
If you receive the wrong product, we will gladly work with you on exchanging products.

Please email us at outlet@petunia.com and put “Wrong Product” in the subject of your email along with your order number, the name of the item you received and the name of the item you originally ordered.

 Please allow 48 hours for a response from our customer service.
When can I expect my package?

Our Outlet ships all packages by FedEx Ground from our warehouse in the City of Angels(LA). Due to the high volume of orders during this short sale, please note it may take 5-7 business days for us to pick, pack and ship, so please be patient.

You should be receiving an email with your FedEx tracking number on it. Use this to check the status of your shipment.

What’s the definition of a Certified Second?
Items classified as SECONDS could include but are not limited to:
  • Snags in fabric
  • Minor fabric flaws
  • Sewing machine oil / grease on fabric
  • Sticky zipper
  • Mark on the bag
  • Tarnished hardware
  • Damaged packaging surrounding the product
Because Petunia is dedicated to perfection, we hold back many items that have slight imperfections.  Since we can't sell these products to our wonderful retailers, you gain the benefit of saving 30% - 70% on these "Almost Perfect" Petunia Pickle Bottom products.

A Certified Second is a product that has one or more issues that restrict us from shipping the item to a retailer.
I can’t log into my account

If you Pre-Registered or have an existing account but can’t remember your username and password, don’t fret, you are not out of luck.

For starters, your username is you email address. If you used your correct email address you should have received an email from outlet@petunia.com confirming your username and password.

If you can’t find this email, you can always request it to be set to your email address again. Look on the lower right hand side / footer of the Petuniaoutlet.com site. Click on the link titled ‘My Account’. From this page you will be able to type your email address in and your password will be emailed to you once again.

Once you receive that email, feel free to log back into your account at your leisure.
Do you ship International?
Sorry, we can only accept and ship orders in the USA. For future sales, we hope to include Canada, Australia and Europe.
How many Outlet Sales do we plan to have?
Petunia Pickle Bottom has decided to make their Online Outlet Sale a Semi-Annual Event.  Dates will be announced a few week prior to each sale.

Make sure that you keep your email address up-to-date and we will send you information on upcoming sales.

One thing to remember is that we never know what products we will have available until that sale. 

Also, out of respect for our retailers, we will never sell any items that are in our most current line.  We will wait for a season or two before they become available as "Classics". 
How will the product be delivered?
Product will be shipped Fed Ex Ground.  Please expect up to 1 week for us to pick, pack and ship the product. All the product will be in a clear plastic protective bag inside the box.  We don’t offer gift wrapping at this time.

What size Sling do I need?

Correct sizing for Slings by Petunia® is essential for the comfort and safety of both mom and baby. If you have a PPB sling that is too big your baby will not feel secure and you will risk back and shoulder pain. If your PPB sling is too small you probably won’t be able to get your baby in or will feel like you can’t breathe. Slings by Petunia® are designed to fit snug but not too snug. The Sling by Petunia® is designed to fit the person wearing it. Use this size chart to help determine the proper size.

To find the above measurements, use a soft measuring tape to measure the distance from one shoulder to the opposite hip bone by measuring diagonally across your body. For the above chest measurement, measure the full circumference just under your armpits and above (not over) the fullest part of your bust. Men sizing follows the same guidelines.

How will I know I have the proper size sling?

With your baby inside the sling, the lowest part of the baby’s body should be hitting you right at your hip bone or slightly above. If the sling is riding below your hip, your sling is too big. The sling should fit snuggly with baby inside but if you feel uncomfortable wearing it with baby because it feels too tight, your sling is too small. You want the sling to be snug but not too snug.

Are there any safety warnings for Slings by Petunia®?
Yes, there are.

SUFFOCATION RISK if baby is positioned incorrectly or if sling does not fit properly. Pay careful attention to airflow, particularly when using the sling to hold a young baby or if you have large breasts. Check to ensure that the baby's airway is not blocked and that the baby is breathing at all times. Do not leave sling wrapped around an unattended infant.

Do not place more than one baby at a time in the sling.

Do not use if baby exceeds 25 pounds.

Keep one arm around baby's back at all times for support and balance. If you must bend over, bend from your knees and not your waist.

Use care when walking through doorways or moving around sharp edges, corners or other hazards while wearing baby in sling.

Be aware of the baby at all times. Remember that the baby is not strapped in and can climb out or grab dangerous or breakable objects off of shelves and walls.

Do not cook, smoke, drink hot beverages or use power tools, sharp objects, etc. while carrying baby in sling.

Do not use the sling while exercising or performing any kind of strenuous activity.

The sling is not a substitute for a car seat in a moving vehicle.

Do not use the sling as a purse or carry anything in it other than a baby.

Always inspect the sling for tears or other damage before each use.

Read all sizing and usage instructions carefully before using.
An item was sold out and then it reappeared, why would this happen?
Due to the nature of an Outlet sale quantities are extremely limited in number.  We want to give each of our customers ample time to shop for their favorite Petunia products.  Each Petunia product is removed from inventory as soon as it is placed in a shopping cart.  Therefore,  sold out items may reappear occasionally if someone releases them from their shopping cart. 

Please note: items will time out of a shopping cart and be re-released after 30 minutes.
